J3 League is also included in the recently concluded deal for J League

In a significant development for sports fans, DAZN Japan has extended its broadcasting rights for the J3 League until 2025. This comes as part of a new deal with the J.League officials, further strengthening the bond between these two entities.

The third division Japanese football competition will continue to be broadcasted on DAZN's platform in Japan for an additional two years, following the conclusion of their current partnership in March 2023. This extension ensures that fans will not miss out on any action from one of Japan's most popular soccer leagues.

DAZN Japan, executive vice president Manabu Yamada, said:

“We are very pleased that with this agreement, customers will be able to watch all official games of the Meiji Yasuda J League on DAZN until the 2025 season. We believe that this partnership will not be possible without mutual success. We will continue to work hard to ensure that above all else, the fans can enjoy the J.League.”

Selected games will be part of DAZN Freemium a well

In addition to regular broadcasts, a selection of J3 League games will be available for free through DAZN Freemium. Scheduled to launch on January 23rd, this service is designed to provide consumers with access to selected content by simply registering through the DAZN platform.

DAZN’s NFL Game Pass content is already included in this plan. However, post-launch, viewers can expect a wider range of sports content including live sporting events. This move aims at attracting more viewers and providing them with an opportunity to enjoy diverse sporting events without any additional cost.

This new deal between DAZN Japan and J.League represents an exciting development for both sports fans and those interested in sports betting alike. With extended broadcasting rights until 2025 and free access to select games via DAZN Freemium, it offers more opportunities than ever before for audiences to engage with their favorite sport.

Moreover, it also signifies how digital platforms like DAZN are revolutionizing how we consume sports content by offering flexible viewing options that cater specifically towards the needs and preferences of today's sports fans.
