The free-to-air provider has signed a deal with the Spanish top flight until the end of the 2024/25 campaign
German based media company One Football has won the UK rights to air La Liga highlights, in a new agreement which will run for the next three seasons.
Users of the One Football app and website in the UK will be able to access 380 highlight clips per season as part of a new multi-year agreement with the current UK rights holder Premier Sports, who were recently purchased by Nordic firm Viaplay.
One Football will post highlights of all ten weekly fixtures from the Spanish top flight, and La Liga highlights have already begun being posted on the One Football app and website for users to enjoy right now.
This latest One Football deal builds on the momentum the firm has been building by gaining the rights to selected live matches from the Portuguese top flight Primeira Liga, the Italian Serie A and the German Cup DFP-Pokal. UK users will need to pay £1.79 to watch these games, on the otherwise free-to-air platform.
